This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time or Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/10/2026.
Position Profile: Plans, organises and delivers virtual clinical pharmacy services to service points within the regions. The Senior Pharmacist provides operational leadership in the development, provision and evaluation of virtual pharmacy services throughout WACHS. They are responsible for directing and training virtual clinical pharmacist to complete their work related requirements and ensuring appropriate monitoring and achievement of servie KPIs. This position will work closely with the WACHS-wide Pharmacy Services and Command Centre leadership teams to ensure best practice and patient-centric care is delivered utilising modern, innovative and technologically advanced services.
