About the role

SOI Virtual Services is seeking a highly professional and personable Virtual Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be based remotely and work full-time, supporting clients located around Australia.

What you'll be doing

Professionally answering and directing inbound calls to the appropriate parties

Providing friendly and efficient customer service to clients and their customers

Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to email inquiries

Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in our CRM system

Management of booking platforms for our Allied Health and Medical clients.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Receptionist within a busy Allied Health Clinic or similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using various office software and CRM systems

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
