Position Profile: Senior Pharmacists are responsible for delivering safe, effective and high quality care through the provision of virtual clinical pharmacy services for patients throughout WACHS. These services include but are not limited to; virtual pharmacy for inpatients at WACHS sites without on-site pharmacist support, virtual training and upskilling of junior pharmacists in the regions, pharmacist led virtual outpatient clinics in the areas of visiting specialists, pre-admission, day infusions and palliative care. These positions will work closely with the WACHS-wide Pharmacy Services team and regional pharmacy departments to ensure best practice and patient centric care is delivered utilising modern, innovative and technologically advanced services.
