We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to take charge of day shift operations at a busy food processing facility in Derrimut. About the Role:
As a Production Team Leader, you’ll supervise a team of operators and warehouse staff in a food-grade environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining productivity, safety, and quality while leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily production operations on the 6am–2pm shift
• Operate and oversee blending and packaging machinery
• Coordinate staff and ensure production targets are met
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor performance
• Maintain compliance with food safety and WHS standards
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Report to senior supervisors and assist with workflow improvements

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role in food manufacturing or warehousing
• Strong machine operating and production process knowledge
• Physically fit – able to lift 10–15kg product bags regularly
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a strong-smelling environment (spices, herbs, cocoa, soups)
• No food allergies or respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma)
• Full availability Monday to Friday – Day Shift
• Own reliable transport is essential
