About the role

Studco Building Systems' is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Croydon, VIC. This full-time position is available on afternoon shift, overseeing the operations of our busy warehouse and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead, manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they are adequately trained and productive

Coordinate the efficient and timely distribution of goods, including receiving, processing and dispatching orders

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations

Provide regular progress reports to the Warehouse Manager

What we're looking for

Strong operational and inventory management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately

Excellent leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team

Adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements

Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
