This team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Documentation Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation processes for air and sea freight, supporting project activities, and maintaining strong communication between internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prepare and issue export air freight and sea freight documentation, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Accurately use documentation and export systems, including UniWorks (Cobol and Java), BSM, EXDOC, and Tableau.
• Manage multiple inboxes efficiently and maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain and update action registers to track issues and ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in logistics-related projects, providing input for process development, training, and testing.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date with country-specific export requirements, company policies, and statutory obligations.
• A strong understanding of export terminology such as RFP, Exdoc, CCRQ, OBL
  
• Experience working in the meat export industry (Similar industries such as dairy, citrus etc.) - Highly Regarded
  
• Familiarity with EXDOC, BSM, UniWorks, and Tableau software packages.- Highly Regarded
