Love solving tech puzzles and being the hero when IT issues strike? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Officer to keep our team connected, productive, and glitch-free! If you’re all about problem-solving, customer service, and making tech work like magic, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Support & troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Apple mobile devices
Onboard users - set them up to hit the ground running
Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams
Manage & resolve issues with Microsoft Dynamics & Microsoft Intune
Keep our telephony systems (VoIP & hardware) in top shape
Diagnose & fix hardware, software, and network-related issues
Track & document support requests using a ticketing system
Collaborate with the IT team to tackle complex problems
Coordinate and maintain IT assets
Stay ahead of the game with the latest tech trends & best practices
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2-3 years of desktop support experience—you’ve seen some stuff
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Apple mobile devices & Microsoft 365
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics & Intune (you speak Microsoft fluently)
Telephony systems know-how (VoIP, hardware—you get it)
Top-tier troubleshooting skills—you love fixing things
Great communication & people skills—you make IT make sense
Excellent time management skills—you know how to prioritize & get things done
Keen attention to detail—because the little things matter in IT
Certifications? Even better! (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Admin = 👍)
