Moreton Hospitality is seeking two dedicated proactive Store Supervisors to join our high-performing Cellarbrations retail team at Burleigh and Broadbeach. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in how a store looks, feels, and performs. You'll lead the day-to-day operations of your assigned bottle shop, support our team of casuals, and ensure we maintain high standards across compliance, stock management, merchandising, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with our Group Retail Manager to execute promotions, guide junior team members, and help drive results across the retail network - particularly during busy or high-pressure periods.

Key Responsibilities

Own the daily operations of your assigned store: stock receiving, floor presentation, banking, store security, and compliance with liquor and tobacco legislation

Execute promotional displays and ticketing as directed by Cellarbrations and the Group Retail Manager

Maintain high merchandising standards using brand guidelines and internal direction

Coach and train casual staff on upselling, wine knowledge, and customer service expectations

Lead regular stocktakes and maintain stock accuracy through diligent tracking and auditing

Support cross-store coverage or Assistant Manager-level tasks as needed

Collaborate with venue teams during activations, tastings, and customer events

Provide exceptional service to regulars, tourists, and corporate clients alike

What We’re Looking For

Experience supervising or leading in a retail, liquor or hospitality environment

A natural communicator and team motivator

Organised, proactive, and hands-on – you don’t wait for direction

Comfortable taking ownership and showing initiative on the shop floor

Familiar with POS, stock management systems, and retail compliance practices

Holds or willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Flexible availability is highly regarded - especially during peak periods such as school holidays and Christmas trading

Award classification: HIGA Level 4 (hourly, full-time)

Roster: Full-time hours including some weekends and evenings

Start date: ASAP – we’re ready when you are
