Salary: The position will offer a competitive base salary of $75,000 -$80,000 plus superannuation

Position Summary:
As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the hotel’s operations. You will ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, staff performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and coordinate all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

· Lead, train, and manage hotel staff to maintain high levels of productivity and service quality.

· Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, manage costs, and achieve revenue targets.

· supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance

· observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations

· Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and business growth.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, licensing, and local laws.

· Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and manage VIP or special events.

· Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders.

· Prepare performance, operational reports and financial reports for senior management.

· Provide information on regional attractions and arrange transportation and guided tours as requested by guests

Key Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 years experience in a senior hotel or accommodation management role.

· Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (Diploma or higher).

· Proven leadership and staff management experience in a hospitality environment.

· Strong understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management.

· Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
