Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking dedicated Team Leader to join our client in Sunshine.

Skills / Experience:

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments

* Excellent understanding of HSE protocols and a commitment to safety

* Ability to coach, train, and motivate staff

* Solid technical aptitude and comfort with equipment operation and troubleshooting

* Skilled in production planning, process control, and performance tracking

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

Job Requirements:

* Lead and manage day-to-day production activities and team workflow

* Cultivate and maintain a strong safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to all HSE policies and procedures

* Set clear job expectations, track performance, and provide coaching, training, and corrective action as needed

* Monitor and improve processes, control points, and equipment performance

* Schedule and assign personnel to meet production goals, adjust plans as needed, and report on shift outcomes

* Ensure consistent quality output by enforcing production standards

* Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g., tool changes, blockages, calibrations)

* Compile and analyze production data and performance reports to inform improvements

* Evaluate and refine operating procedures, systems, and controls

* Promote a clean, organized, and safe working environment

* Proactively address personnel issues with data-driven problem-solving and communication
