We're on the lookout for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Bolton Clarke Home & Community team. Whether you're a seasoned OT or a recent graduate ready to launch your career, we'd love to hear from you.
In this full-time role, you'll enjoy a mix of autonomy and support, with the flexibility to work from home at times. You'll be set-up for success with a dedicated team behind you, a fleet vehicle for work use, and all the tools you need - including a work laptop, smart phone, and access to a strong clinical support network.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver high-quality home-based assessments and interventions focused on activities of daily living, mobility, and home safety, ensuring outcomes are client-centred and culturally safe.
- Coordinate integrated care by liaising with internal teams, external health providers, and key stakeholders to support seamless service delivery and follow-up.
- Educate clients and teams through health promotion, education sessions, and in-service training aligned with occupational therapy service provision.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all documentation meets legal and professional standards, including confidentiality and compliance with organisational procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement by engaging in quality initiatives, feedback loops, and service evaluations to enhance client outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, documentation and customer service skills, experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting is highly desirable.

What do we need from you?
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent.
- Current Occupational Therapist Registration with AHPRA.
- Up-to-date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Australian work Rights
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Own vehicle with comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Australian Drivers' licence
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
