About the Role:

At Harpers Health, we offer a diverse caseload spanning Early Intervention, Pediatrics, Adult & Behaviour Services, Functional Capacity Assessments, and more. Our team members also have opportunities to develop passion projects, expand service offerings, and tailor PD budgets to their interests.

You will work both independently (e.g. home, community, and school visits) and collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team, making a real impact on the lives of individuals and families.

While we have traditionally focused on under 25's support in our Occupational Therapy Team, we do have scope to expand our service offerings, and can market accordingly to your strengths and interests. Our waiting list currently has an under 25 population ready for a full time case load to onboard (at a sustainable rate for any new therapists!)

✔️ Selection Criteria:

Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
Knowledge of NDIS and Medicare
Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional and therapeutic relationships
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check
First Aid Certificate
Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
