At Sydney Health & Care Services (SHCS), we deliver practical, person-centred care for people with disability across Greater Sydney. Our Warwick Farm clinic is a growing hub of allied health professionals, and we’re looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join the team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
This is a clinic-based role ideal for someone looking to work with a diverse caseload in a structured environment. You’ll collaborate with support coordinators, families, and other allied health professionals to help clients achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide OT assessments and develop tailored intervention plans

Deliver functional capacity assessments and progress reports

Work closely with clients, families, and support teams to set realistic, meaningful goals

Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation aligned with NDIS and professional standards

Participate in case discussions and team-based problem solving

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (new grads welcome to apply)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A grounded, collaborative approach to therapy

Experience with NDIS participants is highly regarded but not essential

Ability to work at least 2–3 days per week from our Warwick Farm clinic
