A global property and real estate firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its client-side delivery team, managing a diverse portfolio of government, commercial, and workplace fit-out projects. Based in the Sydney CBD, this role offers exposure to capital works, strategic upgrades, and high-profile tenants across premium assets.

The Role
This client-side role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and contractor coordination. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team delivering a range of asset enhancement projects on behalf of institutional and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver capital works, fit-out, and refurbishment projects within commercial and government sectors

Lead project planning, financial control, procurement, and risk management activities

Coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the delivery process

Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS legislation, and sustainability targets

Maintain project reporting including cost tracking, progress updates, and risk mitigation

Represent client interests in all phases of project delivery

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, construction, or fit-out

Strong budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills

Prior experience on the contractor or builder side is highly regarded

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field

Confident communication and negotiation skills with a proactive approach

Previous experience in client-side consultancy or delivery environments (desirable)
