Cool Frogs is growing – and so are our opportunities! Due to the internal promotion of our current Assistant Director to another Cool Frogs location, we are now seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team at Cool Frogs Littlehampton.

You’ll be supported by an experienced Approved Provider and a network of leaders who are committed to maintaining high-quality care, education, and compliance with the National Law and Regulations.

What you’ll bring:

Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Leadership experience or strong leadership potential within ECEC

A collaborative and supportive leadership style

Confidence managing compliance, mentoring educators, and supporting families
