As head of sales you will take a proactive approach to nurture current accounts and develop sale strategies to ensure consistent growth within the tourism sector market. This is a genuine leadership role where you will be responsible for analysing the current competitor markets and implement strategies to ensure business growth.
Project Management: Lead commercial projects and budgetary planning, ensuring timely and accurate execution in collaboration with external and internal partners.
Managing a small team you will guide and develop the overall teams performance.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a confident and experienced sales professional who is confident in developing key sales strategies to drive business performance.
We are ideally looking for someone with 5 years specifically in solution-driven B2B sales, partnerships, and/or loyalty roles. Experience in the hospitality, financial services, travel management industries, is highly preferred.
Leadership Role: Ideally, candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in an Associate Director role or equivalent. Senior Managers with similar experience will also be considered.
