A large iconic Australian organisation based in the Sydney CBD, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their high-performing team. With a strong brand and national reach, this organisation is highly regarded in the industry. This Commercial Finance role offers strong expsoure across key areas of the business. Its a commercially alligned position that focuses on financial analyiss, building robust financial models and business partnering with senior leaders on major strategic initiatives.

The finance team is well regarded, with a strong focus on continuous development and adding strategic value.. Flexible working arrangements are in palce, including 2-3 days working from home per week.

About the Role

• Business partnering with senior leaders and the executive team

• Developing robust financial models

• Assisting with the development of budgets and forecast across internal teams

• Developing annual plans, budgets and forecasts to support organisational strategy

Skills & Experience

• CPA/CA qualification required

• At least 7+ years of experience in a similar role

• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value for executives

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
