Blue Manna Bistro is looking for a Restaurant Manager to organise and control the operations of our dining establishment.

We are a busy bust restaurant in the centre of Dunsborough, specialising in seafood.

What we are looking for:

You will overseeing the efficient running and profitability of our restaurant and for managing our employees. You will need to be able to lead as well as work as part of a team. We require you to have a AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO skill level2). We highly prefer candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We want customer service to be your highest priority.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

· Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders when necessary

· Attend to phone calls

· Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

· Write rosters

· Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

· Planning and organising functions

· Planning menus in consultation with the Head Chef

· Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget

· Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

· Operate the Point od Sale system

· Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance

· Be the first point of contact for all bar, restaurant staff and guests

You will report directly to the owner.
