The Role

• Gain a clear understanding of each client’s immediate needs, long-term goals, and risk tolerance
• Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to develop or refine tailored investment strategies
• Deliver high-quality, trusted financial advice aligned with clients’ individual circumstances
• Explore and evaluate alternative strategies and recommendations to enhance client outcomes and deepen relationships
• Manage ongoing client relationships while actively supporting business development and growth initiatives
• Build and maintain networks with industry peers and established referral partners, and participate in seminars, sponsorships, and promotional activities to support brand visibility and lead generation

About You

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
• Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals is highly regarded
• Genuine passion for client service and a strong interest in a long-term career opportunity
• FASEA-approved qualifications required
• Solid compliance and technical knowledge, with a clear understanding of legislative and regulatory obligations to ensure advice is in the client’s best interest
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and a client-first approach
• Commercially minded with the ability to align advice with broader business objectives
