About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Adviser Assistant to join our team at Harris Waterhouse Wealth in Mona Vale, NSW. As a full-time Financial Adviser Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior financial adviser and providing exceptional client service.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the financial adviser with client meeting preparation and follow-up

Gathering and organising client information and documentation

Performing research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations

Maintaining accurate client records and updating client profiles

Handling client inquiries and providing administrative support as needed

Coordinating client appointment schedules and managing client communications

Ensuring all compliance procedures are completed and up to date

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative support role

Strong numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn financial planning software - experience with Xplan and Hub24 would be looked on favourably

Full time in the office to be available for client meetings

Relevant qualifications in financial services or a related field would be highly regarded
