With a reputation built on integrity, personalised service, and strategic outcomes, the business is now looking for a Financial Adviser to join the team and play a central role in its next phase of expansion.

This is not a typical servicing role. You’ll be stepping into a critical position with leadership support, an engaged client base, and a clear pathway toward long-term career advancement, including potential equity participation.

About the Role

Take over a portfolio of 120–150 loyal clients and deliver ongoing strategic advice across superannuation, investments, insurance, retirement planning and estate structuring

Conduct structured annual reviews and identify further advice opportunities

Develop new relationships through referrals and professional networks

Work closely with the principal to support the firm’s strategic growth objectives

Contribute to shaping internal processes and client experience as the business scales

Leverage full back-office, compliance and paraplanning support

Who We’re Looking For

An authorised Financial Adviser with at least 5 years’ experience in a client-facing role

RG146 compliant and eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate under an AFSL

Strong technical knowledge across core advice areas

Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach

Motivated by quality relationships, professional growth, and contributing to a high-performing team
