Alice Village is welcoming applications for an Guest Services Supervisor to provide the Manager with support in leading the team and the day-to-day operations at the Village.

Alice Village offers visitors clean and comfortable accommodation in a secure and quiet setting 5 km from town, with views of the spectacular MacDonnell Ranges. Alice Village offers a variety of accommodation options for both short term, and long term stays, from studio apartments through to 4 bedroom house, and onsite gym, swimming pool and BBQ area.

This role is a great blend of both Housekeeping and Reception focus, and will not only see you hands on with the team during those busy days, but also give you the opportunity to oversee the Village while the Manager is offsite. The Alice Village team is only newly established, but is already building themselves a reputation for being a team that is heavily focused on ensuring an amazing customer experience for all our visitors.

As a suitable candidate, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership role within an accommodation services environment (eg. Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager, Front Office Team Leader, Duty Manager, Park Caretaker etc), and be known for your communication skills, your high quality of work, and your ability to ensure a cohesive and fun work environment for your team. Previous Property Management experience is required, RMS preferred but not essential. You also need to be comfortable using various Microsoft Office platforms such as Outlook, word and Excel. You will hold a current Australian Drivers Licence and will have a current First aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Onsite accommodation can be provided on site if required, pending mutual agreement and candidates must be able to regularly work weekends.

This is a permanent and ongoing role, therefore, candidates must have current, valid permanent working rights for Australia. Candidates may be required to complete pre-employment checks which include reference checks and may include Fitness for Work Assessments and Police Clearances.
