We are currently seeking a full time Guest Services Agent to join our friendly and professional team at Hudson Parap. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and who enjoys delivering memorable guest experiences.

The Role

This front office position involves all aspects of reception operations, including:

Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude.

Managing check-ins and check-outs.

Facilitating guest requests and enquiries efficiently.

Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance.

Processing reservations and payments.

Assisting in creating a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a team player with:

A minimum of 12 months experience in a receptionist or front office role.

A passion for customer service and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and reservation programs.

A professional appearance and positive attitude.

Flexibility to work a rotating roster across AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Australian permanent residency.
