We’re searching for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Dispatcher to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our field technicians—making sure the right person is at the right place at the right time, every time.

This role is more than scheduling—it’s about orchestrating service delivery, ensuring urgent issues are handled swiftly, technicians are supported, and customers receive the essential plumbing solutions they depend on.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimise daily scheduling and dispatching of service technicians

Prioritise jobs based on urgency, technician skillset, and service goals

Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure they’re informed, safe, and productive

Track real-time job progress and adapt schedules to changes in the field

Keep customers updated with accurate ETAs and progress updates—always delivering a friendly, professional experience

Participate in regular training to sharpen your dispatching skills and support continuous improvement

Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination—ideally in trades or fast-paced field service

Strong communication skills—you stay calm, clear, and professional under pressure
