About Farm Door Riverina: Farm Door Riverina is a fast growing family-owned ready meals business based in Wagga Wagga NSW. Sourcing local ingredients from across the Riverina food bowl, our team cook and pack delicious fresh and frozen meals, distributed to supermarkets and through home delivery.

The role in a sentence: We're on the lookout for a reliable team player to help pack and dispatch our frozen, chef-prepared meals. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking and packing frozen orders, labelling them clearly, and getting them ready for timely delivery—all while maintaining cold chain standards.

To be successful in this role you must be a team player and be prepared to adopt our exciting and hardworking company culture.

Your role will be to:

Accurately pack retail and wholesale orders in both the cool room and freezer.

Carry out food safety duties in a responsible and friendly manner including receivals and storage organisation.

Treat machinery with respect and report any maintenance

Maintain a clean and organised dispatch and food storage areas.

We will consider someone part time and full time with varied and flexible starting times based on that days duties. To be considered for the role you will need to have and understanding of warehouse and transport operations preferably in the food service industry. You will require a forklift licence and an MR minimum licence will be a great advantage. You must also have the ability to lift up to 10kg. Previous freezer and chiller experience is looked upon favourably, as well as good customer and communication skills. As a small family business you may be required to perform duties around the facility outside of your job description, and a flexible can-do attitude will be looked upon favourably.

Salary will be negotiated based on experience. Performance incentives and staff rewards are also available. You may be required to complete a workplace health and medical assessment.
