The Opportunity
Sidekicker is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Director to join our team in NSW. This role is focused on growing our market share within key Enterprise and large Mid-Market clients across the Industrial and Hospitality sectors. You will be instrumental in driving business growth and the adoption of the Sidekicker platform within both newly acquired and premier existing clients.

How You'll Make an Impact & What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be on driving growth within your assigned territory, while effectively ensuring client needs are met.
Key Metrics & Engagement Your KPIs will include:
Share of wallet across your portfolio, with PCP Net Revenue growth per account above industry average.
New users, roles, and sites
Frequency of client contacts and interactions
You will be expected to maintain frequent client engagement, especially at a site level, with a minimum of one on-site presence per month and fortnightly engagements for Enterprise clients. All client interactions must be logged in Hubspot.
What Success Looks Like
Meeting or exceeding all assigned existing and new net revenue targets for our key existing customers.
Collaboratively winning and effectively onboarding new business to meet or exceed business growth targets.
Growing your key accounts by providing best-quality service and educating on the value of our platform.
Building strong relationships with key accounts to deeply understand their needs and identify opportunities for increased spend.
Effectively managing your Client Services Consultants to deliver exceptional service.
About You
Critical Competencies
A growth mindset focused on expanding the Sidekicker business.
Demonstrated strong communication skills to influence decision-makers and negotiate on complex matters, tactfully challenging views and knowing when to compromise.
Ability to develop meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders and key clients, identifying and seizing potential growth opportunities.
Commercial acumen that allows you to make strong decisions
Adept at framing a value proposition and asking the right questions to overcome objections and gain client commitment.
A leadership mindset focused on managing and enabling others while fostering a high-performing team culture that rewards growth and product adoption.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Account or Business Development Manager, ideally within a service-based business, software, or agency.
Previous experience managing a small team where you enabled team members and led by example.
