Responsibilities:

• Manage an end-to-end portfolio of residential properties in the Brisbane area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional service
• Conduct property inspections and prepare reports using Inspection Express
• Handle maintenance requests, problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Prepare for and attend QCAT hearings as required
• Contribute to creating a positive and supportive office environment, including participating in team lunches and social events
• Maintain accurate records using PropertyME, IRE, and Ignite

Requirements:

• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Strong communication skills and ability to problem-solve effectively
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
• Experience managing an end-to-end residential portfolio
• Confidence to adapt to a rotating office schedule and work in a client-focused environment
