The Role

As Corporate Advisory Partner, you'll lead complex transactions, provide strategic advice to high-growth businesses, and drive innovation in corporate finance, M&A, and business transformation.

• Lead and execute M&A transactions, business valuations, and capital raising initiatives
• Provide strategic advice on corporate structuring, governance, and financial modelling
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives, boards, and investors
• Collaborate with cross-border teams, particularly in Asia-Pacific markets, to deliver seamless advisory services
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of professionals
• Drive business development and thought leadership across the firm

About You

You're a seasoned corporate advisory professional with a passion for leadership and a commitment to quality. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

• CA/CPA qualification with 10+ years in corporate advisory, M&A, or strategic finance within a top-tier firm
• Strong technical expertise in financial modelling, tax structuring, and due diligence
• Proven track record of entrepreneurial leadership and delivering sustainable growth for clients
• Extensive Business Development skills and capacity to build new relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and client management skills
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring others
