The Role

This position works closely with the CPO and key leaders in P&C and will directly manage a small national team.
This role will have impact and influence across the business where they will be required to provide expert specialist advice, strategic consulting and coaching to Partners. It requires a commercially strategic and operational mindset in order to develop plans and initiatives across national offices, leading P&D Advisors and Business Partners.
Areas of strength will be employee relations, workforce planning, engagement and retention, performance management planning, policy, rem and benefits, data analysis and reporting and compliance. An executive level salary package is offered for the successful candidate.

All facets of HR delivery are skills you have acquired, ideally within a legal practice or a start up that required agility and speed. You are a natural communicator and influencer at all levels, resilient and capable of robust conversations, you are comfortable reporting to the Exec and work well with data, systems and evidence based decision making.
