About the role

As a Refrigeration Supervisor at OneCrew', you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems and projects. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' businesses by providing expert oversight and leadership to our on-site technicians.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the work of a team of refrigeration technicians to complete installations, maintenance, and repairs efficiently and to a high standard

Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with industry regulations

Liaise with clients to understand their needs, schedule work, and provide updates on project progress

Oversee the ordering of parts and materials to support the team's work

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our refrigeration services by identifying opportunities for process optimisation

Participate in on-call duties to respond to emergency service requests outside of normal business hours

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, with demonstrated expertise in commercial refrigeration systems

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of technicians

Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients and coordinate work

Sound understanding of refrigeration system design, installation, and maintenance best practices

Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues

Current refrigeration and air conditioning licenses and certifications
