Business Development Manager

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid) | Type: 0.8 EFT
Contract: Two years
Salary: $85110.00 plus superannuation.

We’re looking for a driven and values-led Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across our service offerings—particularly in Supported Independent Living (SIL). This new role is your chance to make a tangible impact, driving meaningful connections and expanding services that empower people with disabilities.
About the role
This is more than just a sales role. As our Business Development Manager, you'll identify and convert new opportunities into sustainable partnerships. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, develop strategic growth pathways, and work closely with internal teams to align operations with market needs—all while ensuring our high standards of care and ethics are upheld.

Key focus areas
- Drive new business—particularly in SIL—through lead generation and market insights
- Build trusted partnerships with referrers, support coordinators, and sector stakeholders
- Convert leads into long-term service agreements and sustainable revenue
- Collaborate internally to ensure readiness and excellence in service delivery
- Maintain ethical, values-based growth aligned with Araluen’s purpose
