✨ About the Role

As our Content Creator, you’ll be at the heart of our content strategy – developing, producing, and publishing high-quality video and photography across various platforms. You’ll work closely with the creative and e-commerce teams to elevate our brand presence, support marketing campaigns, and maintain engaging, up-to-date content across our website and social media channels.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

Develop creative concepts for videos and photography for sales, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Produce and publish engaging visual content that captures our brand essence and product value.

2. Website Content & Maintenance

Edit website sliders, banners, layouts, and product visibility.

Keep pricing, product imagery, and video content current and accurate.

Assist with general website upkeep and improvements.

3. Social Media Support

Collaborate with the creative team and social media coordinator to supply tailored visual assets for campaigns.

Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and presentation standards.

4. Photography

Capture and edit high-quality lifestyle and product imagery.

Organise and manage studio bookings, stock deliveries, and photoshoots.

5. Cost Control

Manage project budgets effectively and ensure all content creation remains within financial parameters.

6. E-Commerce Projects

Support ongoing improvements and migration projects, such as our move to Magento.

7. Team Collaboration

Be an active team player within the Creative department.

Provide cross-functional support when needed – we're all in it together.

✅ What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production editing.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc).

Experience with website content management and basic code editing (HTML/CSS).

A strong eye for detail, creative flair, and a deep understanding of branding.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
