We now have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and inspiring Digital Marketing Assistant & Community Lead to join our team.

Based in Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches, this role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with communities, creating amazing content, and being the face of a brand.

The role:

Collaborate with our Marketing Executive to write articles for the TradieWives Magazine

Produce and manage the TradieWives Fortnightly Newsletter and the members EDM.

Design, schedule, and organize content for our social media platforms, maintaining a vibrant content calendar.

Edit and upload podcasts and masterclasses to the members portal.

Craft engaging marketing emails, update directory listings, and write blog posts.

Manage and engage with the TradieWives membership, including hosting virtual coffee catch-ups and masterclasses.

Lead and inspire our Facebook community by sharing insights, engaging with members, and driving traffic to our paid membership.

Be the face and the 'hype-woman' of TradieWives, representing us on live videos, Instagram stories, and LinkedIn.

Assist with reporting and analytics for the account management team.

Help with event execution, internal promotions, and repurposing content in fun and exciting ways.

About you:

Confident, fun, and engaging personality who loves connecting with others.

A natural ability to light up Instagram Live and Stories, making every interaction relatable and inspiring.

Passionate about building and leading a community.

Strong graphic design and social media skills.

Video and podcast editing skills and experience.

Experience with tools like Klaviyo, the Adobe Suite and social media scheduling software.

Bonus points if you are a tradie wife yourself!
