Reporting to a supportive and down to earth Marketing Manager, you will be developing innovative campaigns that drive awareness to tenants, improve sales, and enhance the overall centre shopping experience.

Your daily duties will include:

• Work in a team with a Marketing Manager while building key shopper, contractor & community relationships
• Assist with development of marketing plans and budgets to drive traffic growth & turnover
• Coordinate events & activations while managing costs and analysing performance against benchmarks
• Identify PR opportunities to offer delivery of brand aspiration & media awareness
• Assist with social media planning and digital strategy
• Collaborate with the team to put a customer engagement strategy in place for the properties you’re focusing on

To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:

• 1-3+ years’ experience in marketing
• Retail Property/Shopping Centre marketing experience preferred
• We welcome marketing experience in shopping centres, retail, property, hospitality, food, fashion, or retail brands
• An eye for creativity, and social media experience
• Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar desired
• Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded
• Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
• Great time management skills and a “finisher”
