The Position
Join a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll craft unique marketing strategies for each property. You’ll also assist with ad hoc tasks to support the wider team. Creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail are key.
- Work within a high-performing, close-knit team where each member has defined responsibilities to deliver exceptional client service
- Develop and execute bespoke tailored marketing strategies specific to each property, backed by research on the market and targeting the appropriate audiences
- Liaise with internal team members, sellers, photographers, videographers, property stagers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate brochures, DLs, Just Listed/Just Sold collateral, and signboards, and organise property photography and videography to meet brand and campaign standards
- Contribute as a team player—supporting and covering team members when needed; a collaborative and all-hands-on-deck approach is essential
- Some after hours and weekends - the rep is super flexible and fair with time in lieu
Skills & Experience
- Previous marketing or real estate listing/sales administration experience is essential
- Corporate presentation and a strong eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry and driven in a sales environment
- Adaptable, positive can do attitude and ability to multitask
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
