This new dynamic role is based in our Brisbane CBD office. You'll be at the intersection of analytical precision around the day to day business operations and offering customer service excellence , supporting our business business managers & sales team.

The role requires managing pricing strategies and building strong customer relationships.

This position offers a diverse mix of responsibilities with a focus on developing procurement strategies , customer proposals , tender co-ordination , coordinating both the internal and external sales pipeline and help driving the success of the national business.

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation Management - Process quote requests from existing clients, secure competitive carrier rates, ensure profitability, and follow up to maximise conversion.

Managing incoming Tenders & Strategy - Prepare comprehensive RFQ responses, develop competitive pricing strategies for complex routes and onshore solutions , and build and drive professional tender documentation.

Pipeline & Project Management - Maintain CRM records, conduct follow-up calls with prospects, track conversion metrics, and monitor project status and assist management implement an Artificial Intelligence Platform.

Additional responsibilities include new lead outreach, lead generation, rate procurement, and supporting team initiatives.

What You'll Need:

Experience in freight forwarding customer service / sales and project logistics coordination.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Proficiency with Cargowise systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Knowledge of international shipping and logistics operations.
