CDS151 is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of custom container domes and industrial shelter systems. My Little House (MLH22) complements this with beautiful, transportable tiny homes and modular dwellings designed for modern living.

Both brands are growing rapidly with national and international clients. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Logistics Administrator to oversee and drive our freight operations from our base in Geebung, Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role within a collaborative 3-person logistics team. You’ll manage the day-to-day movement of goods across Australia and globally, ensuring freight is booked, tracked, and delivered efficiently. You will contribute directly to the team’s shared responsibility for national and international freight coordination across both CDS151 and MLH22.

Key responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of national and international freight bookings

Prepare export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, declarations)

Liaise directly with freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers

Monitor and track shipments proactively across time zones and modes

Maintain delivery schedules, booking systems, and internal freight registers

Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deadlines and project timelines

Support warehouse dispatch and assist with inventory reconciliation when needed

Review and validate freight invoices and help control logistics costs

Identify and implement process improvements in logistics operations

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strong, experienced logistics professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can confidently run national and international freight workflows.

You’ll bring:

5+ years experience in logistics administration or international freight forwarding

Proven knowledge of incoterms, customs documentation, and international shipping processes

Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and freight partners

Experience handling manufacturing logistics, modular construction freight, or oversized cargo

Proficiency in logistics platforms, Excel, Salesforce and warehouse dispatch systems

A proactive mindset, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently

A base within easy commute to Geebung, QLD
