Join Mt. Hotham’s iconic Zirky’s and play an integral role in being part of a service focused team. Led by a talented and accomplished crew , we're looking for a professional chef to add to the existing team.

THE HOTEL

Sitting in Mt. Hotham Village on top of Victoria’s high country, Zirky’s is a boutique hotel comprising apartment and hotel accommodation, restaurant, café, bistro and bar. A retail store and ski hire outlet complete the mix.

We are looking for a motivated chef or professional cook with accommodation provided onsite! So too a flexible roster and the world's best backyard.

THE ROLE

Perform Kitchen Operations in one of Mt. Hotham’s busiest venues

Maintain legislated food hygiene and safety practices

Be a proactive, flexible, professional and reliable part of the Kitchen roster

ABOUT YOU

You HAVE experience in working high volume outlets

You are calm under pressure because you’re organised and reasonably sane

You’re disciplined, collaborative, and take pride in your work

Importantly, you enjoy what you do and you own it
