About the Role – Service Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll be the key link between our customers, technicians, and management – ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers professionally and warmly

Act as the main liaison between the workshop, front office, and customers

Communicate clearly with Workshop Manager and Technicians on repair scopes

Handle phone and email enquiries efficiently and courteously

Manage service bookings and coordinate vehicle schedules

Prepare and present accurate repair quotes and invoices

Order parts and manage supplier communications

Maintain compliance with all safety and legal obligations

Coordinate customer mobility services (Uber, taxis, loan cars)

About You

Able to work both independently and within a team

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving workshop

Problem-solving mindset with a calm and helpful approach

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR30616) – highly regarded

Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems

Prior experience in a Service Advisor or workshop management role

Familiarity with workshop software (e.g., Mechanic Desk)

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
