ROLE

Day to day financial reporting from Subway operation.

Determining operational budget for every Subway station.

Manage cash flow, payables and banking.

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and month-end closing.

Formulating and implementing financial and accounting policies in collaboration with marketing and management policies.

Depending on market trends, ensuring financial arrangements for special events.

Financial planning regarding promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.

Maintaining and managing financial transactions for ensuring stock levels to meet consumer demands.

Discuss financial strategies with head office and undertake budgeting for the store.

Ensuring compliance with local authority’s rules & regulations regarding financial reporting.

Train team (employees) in financial & accounting standards and policies.

SALARY

Package Salary $83,625 ($75,000 + 11.5% Super).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience working in the Financial industry (Financial manager or supervisor experience will be given preference)

Good Finance and Accounting knowledge

Positive, energetic and hardworking

Basic computer knowledge

Familiarity with QuickBooks Online

Familiarity with Power BI

Flexibility with working hours

Ability to work with various financial needs

Ability to work under pressure

MUST HAVE

Valid Driver's License or Equivalent

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability with large data volumes

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and possesses effective stakeholder management experience.
