Hi, I’m Leeza—the founder of Platinum Education Group.
I’ve walked in the shoes of a director, worn all the hats, and felt that never-ending pressure of doing it all. That’s why I created Right Hand Services. To give directors the support they deserve.

And now, I’m looking for someone special to join us.
Someone who knows the early childhood world, who understands what it’s like to be the glue holding everything together and wants to be that support for others.

Platinum Education Group is here to walk alongside early childhood leaders, owners, and services as they build places where children, educators, and communities thrive.
We provide leadership mentoring, operational support, strategic planning, and tailored systems that actually work. Our Right Hand Services are at the heart of that—helping directors feel seen, supported, and less alone in the day-to-day.

This is more than admin. This is heart work.

It’s about being the person our directors lean on, trust, and genuinely look forward to hearing from.

The role includes:

Supporting family accounts, enrolment admin, and system updates

Reviewing policies so they’re not just compliant, but clear and purposeful

Checking in with directors regularly and being their go-to

Helping us create beautiful monthly reports that reflect what’s really happening

Being a gentle leader behind the scenes—mentoring, guiding, and simplifying the overwhelm

You might be our person if:

You’ve been a director or know what it’s like to be one

You’re organised, intuitive, and love ticking things off a list

You care deeply about people and genuinely want to see others succeed

You can hold space for someone on a hard day, and follow up with a system that helps

You love autonomy, flexibility, and being part of a small team doing meaningful work

Looking for a shift to support multiple service and be part of a growing team

This isn’t a typical admin role, it’s for someone who wants to make a difference.
