Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Funds Management Support
· Assist in monitoring fund performance, preparing investor reports, and managing fund models.
· Maintain fund financial models and scenario analyses for active and prospective investments.
· Assist with quarterly and annual fund reporting packs, including financial and operational updates.
Property Investment & Development Analysis
· Using existing or new model templates conduct feasibility studies, residual land valuations, and sensitivity testing on property acquisitions and developments.
· Prepare, using existing or new models, development cashflows, IRR and NPV analysis, and comparative sales evidence.
· Support due diligence on new acquisitions, including review of planning, legal, and technical documentation.
Debt Facility Management
· Assist in managing existing senior and mezzanine debt facilities including covenant monitoring, drawdown tracking, and compliance reporting.
· Prepare and maintain facility summaries, repayment schedules, and lender communication materials.
· Support the preparation of credit papers and data rooms for new debt facilities.
Capital Transactions
· Support the structuring and documentation of capital raisings and debt instruments.
· Liaise with legal, tax, and financial advisors during transaction execution phases.
· Prepare presentations and investment committee papers for internal and external stakeholders.
Research & Insights
· Monitor market trends in property, debt markets, and capital flows to inform investment strategy.
· Prepare benchmarking and competitor analysis across relevant sectors.
Skills, Experience & Personal Characteristics
· 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, property funds management, valuations, or structured finance.
· Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, including experience with DCF and feasibility models.
· Understanding of property markets, capital structuring, and credit metrics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
· AI Experience a plus
· Degree qualified in finance, property, commerce, or related field (CFA or postgraduate study viewed favourably).
· Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.
· Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
· Client-focused with a proactive approach to delivering excellent service.
· Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with a sales-driven mindset.
