My client is currently looking for a dynamic Legal Counsel to join their leading Investment Management group. The group have recently expanded their operations and are growing rapidly within the market.

The Role

Reporting into an excellent GC it is an exciting role with broad scope and a generalist legal remit, no days will be the same. The core responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Act as the lead lawyer on a wide range of property related tasks, such as acquisitions, transactions and leasing portfolios
• Providing advice and representation on licensing, regulatory, commercial, and corporate matters.
• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements.
• Monitoring and advising the business on pertinent regulatory updates
