About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Double Bay, Sydney, NSW.

As Investment Manager, you will play a key role in managing investments across the lifecycle from sourcing and diligence through to execution and value creation. You will work directly with the Managing Director, portfolio company founders, and the wider investment team.

This is a multifaceted, high-exposure role ideal for someone who wants deep experience across M&A, deal structuring, capital management, and fundraising. You will be expected to think like an investor, operate with a sense of ownership, and contribute meaningfully from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities

Driving deal generation and financial analysis

Leading due diligence processes and transaction execution

Preparing investment memos and financial models

Working with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and performance monitoring

Taking up board positions and contributing to corporate development initiatives

What We're Looking For

A four-year undergraduate degree from a leading university

Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, CFA) are highly regarded

A minimum of five years’ experience in investment banking; private equity or principal investing experience is advantageous

Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills

Strong analytical and commercial judgment

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

A genuine passion for partnering with founders and building great businesses
