Our client is an innovative provider of Workplace Rehabilitation Services with an impressive national footprint. This organisation is the exclusive provider of Rehabilitation services to the ADF & also has a thriving Workplace Health division.

We are recruiting for 2 x ADF Rehabilitation Consultants in Darwin. Interest from Psychologists, Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Exercise Physiologists & Registered Nurses is welcome.

Role 1 - RAAF Base, Winnellie (part-time, 4 days/week - flexible days)

Role 2 - Robertson Barracks, Holtze (full-time)

The Job:

• On-base ADF roles, working closely with ADF or RAAF members who have sustained an injury
• Proactively manage your caseload - engage clients & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate a safe & timely return to deployable status
• Perform discipline-specific assessments & attend case conferences
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ADF including its structure, procedures & terminology to facilitate optimum outcomes
• Make a valuable contribution in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
• Consistent & structured role with limited travel
• Mon-Fri 7.30am-3.30pm

The Perfect Candidate:

• Psychologist (Provisional or Registered), Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Exercise Physiologist or Registered Nurse
• Relevant professional body membership
• 1+ year Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, though applications from candidates with Clinical backgrounds & motivates graduates welcome - incredible training!
• Interest in developing your skills in a specialist ADF Consultant role
• A bright, motivated approach
• Australian citizenship & willingness to complete security checks
• Driver's licence & car
