Key Responsibilities

• Interpret Landscape and Civil design plans with precision to prepare detailed cost

• Develop comprehensive and competitive tenders for custom residential landscape construction projects

• Collaborate directly with the Director on pricing strategies, pipeline forecasting, and business development opportunities

• Conduct site visits and liaise directly with clients in a professional manner to accurately assess project requirements, identify potential issues, and gather key details needed for precise and competitive pricing.

• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive rates and scope clarification

• Identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for value engineering early in the process

• Ensure estimates reflect current market conditions, material costs, and construction methodologies

• Maintain accurate records, cost libraries, and estimating tools for internal reference andconsistency

• Support the smooth transition of successful tenders to the project delivery team
