The Role:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft and wishes to move into a vibrant and dynamic working environment. As one of our bartenders, you will be responsible for the service and preparation of wine, beers, spirits, cocktails and coffees. Using your existing knowledge you will develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods and always looking at ways to elevate the guest experience.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Previous bar and service experience in a similar environment

· A strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails - barista skills are also advantageous

· A professional demeanor, with a customer centric work ethic

· An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment

· Excellent presentation and grooming

· Can work both autonomously and collaboratively

· Availability to work a flexible roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts)

· A current NSW RSA

· Full working rights in Australia
