About the Role:

Thind Transport Group is seeking a reliable and proactive PM Transport Coordinator to join our night operations team at Eagle Farm. This vital role ensures smooth coordination between drivers, compliance with delivery requirements, and efficient end-of-day processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to all driver queries and operational concerns

• Debrief with drivers before each shift

• Monitor and ensure drivers meet their daily delivery and compliance requirements

• Manage and maintain the driver and fleet roster

• Organise and conduct training sessions for drivers

• Support the team with nightly logistics and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently during night hours

• Prior experience in transport/logistics coordination (preferred)

• Familiarity with driver compliance and operational requirements

• Highly organised, dependable, and hands-on attitude
