Are you a no fuss HR professional with a demonstrated ability to manage highly complex ER cases? If so, we have a great 6-month contract and can get you started immediately!

What's the deal?

Working in a team of very busy ER professionals, you would be jumping in with the aim of evening the load and taking pressure off your teammates. This team is responsible for the management of complex cases escalated by the HR partners, and you can expect to be dealing with the full range of issues that include performance, formal grievances, code of conduct and so on!

The contract would be through to the end of the calendar year and can commence immediately! The role is to be performed in Canberra with negotiation to work from home two days per week once up and running.

Labour hire contract, full-time hours. We are paying in the range of $75.00 to $82.00 per hour, but if you bring extensive experience in highly complex case management we can go higher, it's worth a discussion.

What do we want?

Experience in lots of juicy employee relations case management with a high degree of complexity, or specific industrial relations experience. You will need to demonstrate you have the depth we need to deliver robust advice to internal clients and your fellow HR team members.

Prior experience in high-risk environments will be highly regarded, but experience in large and complex organisational structures is required.

Goes without saying that you bring a deep technical understanding of employment law, and practical experience applying industrial instruments and frameworks to achieve effective outcomes. You run investigations with accuracy and a thorough, defendable, but fair approach.
