The Opportunity:
One of Australia’s largest retailers is driving a multi-stream SAP transformation across finance and HR. This role leads solution architecture across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, ensuring integration, consistency, and clean-core governance at scale.

You’ll design the end-state architecture connecting financial operations (GL, CO, Asset Accounting) with HR platforms (Employee Central, Talent, Payroll).

The focus: simplify legacy systems, deliver enterprise-wide integration, and support business growth through resilient, scalable architecture.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Designing integrated architecture across SAP S/4HANA Finance and SuccessFactors
• Defining data flows, controls, and process design between finance and HR systems
• Governing architecture across solution, integration, and cloud platforms
• Leading vendor and stakeholder alignment across SAP, HR, and business units
• Ensuring all solutions support enterprise goals, regulatory needs, and technical standards

What You Bring:

• 6+ years in SAP solution architecture across S/4HANA and SuccessFactors
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO, AA) and SuccessFactors modules
• Proven ability to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems in complex environments
• Experience working in retail or high-scale FMCG settings
• Strong background in cloud-based SAP deployments and integration platforms (CPI, BTP)
• Clear communicator with a focus on simplification, stability, and enterprise alignment
